As i've mentioned in the little 'about me' section to the right, my name is Robin, i'm 18 years old and i'm from Amsterdam. |

I've created this blog because I felt like I needed more space to express my thoughts. Ever since I was eleven I've studied at an acting school in Amsterdam, you see. But now that I'm "in college" (the quotation marks are there because it isn't called college in The Netherlands, the Dutch school system is different, but oh well) I haven't written a monologue or scene or acted in a year and it started to freak me out. Suddenly just writing in my diary wasn't good enough. I wanted, as i've mentioned, to express my thoughts in a way I could share them with other people again. (I know what you're thinking; just act if you love it so much, and believe me, that's the plan).
But yeah. That's the reason I'm letting the world have a little peak inside my strange and sometimes worrying mind.
But now, more about me. Who doesn't like talking about themselves!? (me. I guess thats the whole point of writing stories. You get to live another life for a while).
I'm (almost) a second year Pedagogy student at the University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam. Now, I gather most of you don't really know what that means. Pedagogy literally means "to lead a child" and that is pretty much what I study for.... But there's more to it. Wiki has all the answers. In my spare time I babysit (professionally now, with my knowledge about the children. Kidding. I'm kidding. That's one thing you need to know as well; I can be sarcastic sometimes) No, but that actually is my only job and that is where I get my money from and I love it. Also, I love riding my bike to my favorite restaurants and cafés and drinking coffee with my friends. Speaking of my friends;
I've asked (demanded) some of my friends to describe me in one word and these are the results: caring, powerful, fantastic (these aren't my words, I swear)
